Fried Frog Legs
Get a mess of frog legs and salt & pepper them
**Maybe a tad of garlic salt**
Flour them and fry in hot oil..don't overcook!
Grilled Frog Legs
Get a bottle of italian salad dressing...
soak legs an hour in it
Grill till done
Fried Green Tomatoes
Slice green tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices...salt..pepper..flip in cornmeal
Fry in hot oil till lightly browned
Hot Venison Jerky
Get a large bowl and fill with venison sliced in thin strips..
Use any (large) bar-b-que sauce you like and
pour over meat... adding generous doses of Mesquite Liquid Smoke and soy sauce.
Add 3 or 4 garlic cloves chopped...
two jalapenos chopped...soak this overnite in fridge.
Drain in the morning and lay strips out on dehydrater...
I turn mine on medium high a couple of hours... then low for 5 or more hours...
check often towards the end. Add 1 habanero to bar-b-que mix to keep kids out!
Hot Fried Okra
Mix together one cup of flour,
one tablespoon crushed dried red chiles.
Cut okra up in 1/2 inch slices.
Add garlic salt and pepper.
Roll in flour and fry in hot oil.
